  Long waits for service and waited half an hour for my cheesecake which was burnt ontop and spoilt the taste, but otherwise the main was perfect. Steak perfectly cooked and main plate well presented. I'm guessing it was a busier Monday night than they expected, hence the 4 and not 3 star rating as I get the feeling they are normally better.

  1st time here. A little disappointed since our water glasses were dirty & so was our silverware. That is not acceptable at a high calibre restaurant.
  
  Filet was really good & cooked perfectly. Sides are large & can be shared by more than 2 people.
  
  Think it would be better to go with a group so can order more food & share it.

  We had reservations for 7:45. We sat at the bar while we waited for our table. The bartender helped two other couples that sat down after us. She then handed us our drinks and walked away while she was very friendly and made small talk with the other couples. Once they sat us, we didn't eat until 9:30. The waitress blamed the wait on the way my steak was cooked. When my boyfriend finally got his food, it was wrong. I noticed there were problems at 2 other tables nearby. The food was good but I probably won't go back. It's too expensive to have such bad service.

  The staff was nice but we had a reservation and still had to wait for a table. It took us an hour to get our food. It was not worth the price. I got the new York steak and it was bland. My wife's chicken was dry. We will not be returning there. Ruth Chris is so much better. In fact Texas Roadhouse is better.
